We understand that everyone has different requirements and budgets, and therefore do not use a portfolio of properties; instead we will activate a tailored search just for you.
We offer property management packages and solutions for ongoing care and upkeep for your newly purchased property.

An agreement will be signed between the Alpine Service and yourself. A retaining fee will be paid to cover initial search expenses, and then a very small percentage of the final purchase price will be paid upon completion.
